These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hire007 website, automated SMS chatbot, matching platform, and related services. Hire007 is operated by Requis Inc. References to “Hire007,” “we,” “our,” or “us” include Requis Inc.

By accessing Hire007, texting the Hire007 number, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Hire007 helps people seeking local hourly work connect with businesses seeking workers.

Users may communicate with Hire007 through our website or by texting 888-HIRE-007 (888-447-3007). Our services may include:

• Collecting information about location, availability, experience, qualifications, preferences, and desired work.
• Collecting information from businesses about open work opportunities and worker requirements.
• Providing automated conversational responses.

Hire007 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Automated and AI-Generated Responses

Most Hire007 SMS responses may be automatically generated using software or artificial intelligence.

3. No Guarantee of Work or Workers

Unless Hire007 expressly states otherwise, Hire007 is not the employer of people using the platform. Businesses are responsible for their own interviewing, hiring, classification, payroll, tax, immigration, licensing, background-check, workplace-safety, and employment-law obligations.

4. User Responsibilities

The messaging program is operated under the Hire007 brand.

People seeking local hourly work may text WORK to 888-HIRE-007 (888-447-3007). Businesses seeking workers may text HIRE to the same number.

By opting in, you agree to receive automated conversational messages from Hire007 relating to your work or hiring request. Messages may include questions about location, experience, availability, preferences, staffing requirements, potential matches, scheduling, and status updates.

Consent

You provide consent by voluntarily initiating a text conversation with Hire007 or through another clearly disclosed opt-in method.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Hire007 does not send messages using purchased or rented contact lists.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity, responses, matching activity, and requests.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile plan. Hire007 is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from Hire007 text messages.

Carrier responsibility

SMS privacy

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-messaging consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Hire007 may use service providers solely to deliver and support Hire007 messages. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Hire007 and may not use the information for their own marketing.

6. Communications With Potential Matches

A match does not receive ownership of or permission to use your Hire007 SMS consent. Any business wishing to send its own text messages must independently obtain any consent required by law.

Users should use care before sharing sensitive information with potential matches. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive information through the Hire007 chatbot.

7. Third-Party Businesses and Services

Hire007 does not control independently operated businesses, workers, websites, or services.
